It was important that all participants had an equal voice during the planning discussions. The process was very successful because Diana was not only skilled in group processes and experienced in strategic planning, she was very adept and committed to assuring full discussion of issues and keeping the process moving forward. During the planning process, ABC addressed its major goals including. providing products to meet customer demands, improving employee culture, promoting the use of data and analytics to assist decision making, expanding partnerships to accelerate growth and maximize profitability. The encompassing goals developed will drive ABC to achieve its desired operational and financial results. In conclusion, Diana was invaluable in our planning session as a step in an annual process aimed at improving communication and direction.
